My mother is a hoarder memory keeper. I joke, but being the sentimental sap that I am, I love that she saved SO MUCH from my childhood & that I am able to share them with Prater... even if she doesn't wear them anywhere but around the house with me, so that I can snap a picture to compare the resemblance...
I wore this outfit around Christmastime 25 years ago... in fact, looky what I found while decorating my tree...

And, just for kicks & giggles - this is what the remainder of our night consisted of until she went to bed... do you think my first 'baby' is jealous of the newest baby?
And just because I think she is so delish...

Tomorrow is Aaron's off day so, of course, we have an errand list a mile long to take care of:
Pick up a pail for cloth diapering at UG White.
Aaron needs a new pair of boots from TSC.
Return a Veggie Tales DVD to the Library & pick out another one.
Pay some bills & do some banking.
New shoes for the horses.
Pick up some Christmas gifts.
The dreaded grocery shopping... at the Wal-Marts.
But after all of those obligatory tasks, we will have a family filled weekend. Aaron's looking forward to spending some quality time with his mother & brother at a Christmas concert while I will be joining the Pink Flamingos for a baking extravaganza. We will be baking treats for our Tacky Caroling & are hosting our annual "Sister's Lunch" with my Nanny's three sisters who are 84, 86, & 88. They are a hoot & a half!
Fa la la la la, la la, la la.
